Terms and Conditions
Please take the time to read the following terms as some policies have changed. All terms are agreed on as stated below by any customer who permits 183 Automotive personnel to work on their vehicle.
A 3.5% service fee is added to all credit cards and any card accepted over the phone. This fee is automatically added by our terminal.
Vehicles must be paid for and picked up within 3 days of completion. After 3 days, your ticket will accrue a storage fee of $38 per day unless other arrangements are made with staff.
We are not responsible for any theft of damages of vehicles or personal items.
Any warranties are solely at the discretion of 183 Automotive. Service records MUST be provided to show that the vehicle has had proper maintenance during warranty period if warranty applies. Warranties are completely voided if any other personnel besides 183 Automotive has worked on the said vehicle.
A deposit may be required before performing work on any vehicle. This is solely at the discretion of 183 Automotive personnel at time of estimating jobs.
When providing estimates please note that this is an approximate calculation based on initial diagnosis.
Some vehicles are prone to bolts breaking due to age and engineering. 183 Automotive has the right to charge additional labor in case of broken bolts.
